This bicycle route starts with a ride along the paths that run parallel to the coast, passing the Far de Sant Sebastià, Llafranc, Calella, and following the route along the coast to Palamós. From there we head for the Gavarres mountain, where a visit to a local wine cellar and its tasting menu awaits us.

This route takes us through the inland of the Costa Brava, crossing fields of wheat, corn, rice, …. rural landscape and charming villages with a rich history. Peratallada, Palau Sator, Monells, among others. An easy route, with no steep gradient. We stop for lunch in a farmhouse restaurant that grows apple trees and creates gastronomic products based on apples. They will delight us with a guided tour and a menu focused on their star products.
