TYPES OF TOURS
Social tour
Choose one of our tours already scheduled on a calendar ready to reserve. Our tours are designed for small groups, of a maximum of 12 people. OCB ensures comfort and a sense of harmony among travelers, making it easier to carry out activities and impact on local culture.
Private tour
Would you like to take a tour with your friends, family or colleagues? Choose one of our tours on the calendar and reserve it to share with yours. Can’t find dates already scheduled that suit your needs? There is no problem, tell us the dates you would like to make the trip, and how many people there would be. We reserve it for you.
Tailor-made tour
Do you want to come to the Costa Brava and get to know it in an active way? Our already scheduled tours are not tailored to your needs? We will prepare a tailor-made tour for you. It is your vacation, and you have to enjoy it like never before. You choose the duration, the areas that you would especially like to visit, the type of activity (cycling or walking, or both), the distance traveled, and we can also suggest some of our recommended experiences. CANCELLATION POLICY
Day Tours
For all bookings of day tours operated by OCB, cancellations or modifications must be submitted in writing through the customer contact form by the lead traveller. Cancellation requests submitted through any other channels will not be considered valid.
Cancellation fees are calculated according to the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure date:

| Less than 2 days (48 hours) | 100% of the tour price – no refund |
For private and customised day tours, a minimum group deposit equivalent to the price of 2 passengers is required to initiate the booking request and secure the proposed itinerary for the group.
The private tour deposit is fully refundable for a period of two weeks while the group is being organised. Once the booking is confirmed, the initial deposit may be applied to the first two participants who register. Any additional participants will be required to pay the full tour price per person.
If customised dates are specifically created and reserved for the group, the deposit equivalent to 2 passengers becomes non-refundable once the dates have been confirmed.
Multi-day Tours and Group Tours (+10 pax)
To secure your place and confirm your booking, the deposit specified for each tour must be paid when the booking is made at least 60 days before the scheduled departure date.
For bookings made less than 60 days before departure, the full tour price must be paid at the time of booking.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

*Future Tour Credit is valid for 1 year from the scheduled start date of the cancelled tour.
For private and customised multi-day tours, a minimum group deposit of €1,500 is required to initiate the booking request and secure the proposed itinerary for the group.
The private tour deposit is fully refundable for a period of two weeks while the group is being organised. Once the booking is confirmed, the initial €1,500 deposit may be applied to the first two participants who register. Any additional participants will be required to pay a deposit equal to 25% of the total tour price per person.
If customised dates are specifically created and reserved for the group, the €1,500 deposit becomes non-refundable once the dates have been confirmed.
Changes and Cancellations by OCB
OCB reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the dates, route, activities, accommodation or other elements of any tour when operational circumstances require it. This includes changes to itinerary details published on our website.
OCB will always make every reasonable effort to maintain the arrangements and services as originally planned.
OCB reserves the right to cancel, modify or delay any tour due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety considerations, circumstances beyond our control or other circumstances that may affect the safe or proper operation of the tour.
If OCB cancels a tour, the amount paid by the customer will be provided as an OCB Future Tour Credit of equivalent value.
