In this route designed for all the public (although if it is a private group with experience, you can add more km, and also more technical areas to the route). We offer electric touring bikes, or if you prefer, Gravel type. Everything runs along wide dirt tracks, without great technical difficulty, worse with some unevenness. We start the day in the vicinity of Calella de Palafrugell, when we have the bikes adapted to the height and requirements of each person, we will go to Tamariu, to reach the Far de Sant Sebastià. Where we will have a wide view of our Empordà area and of course the sea. Then we will follow the path adjacent to the sea, passing through the Jardi Botanic de Cap Roig, and reaching the beach of Castell. Where we will take a break. From there we will continue through some coves of Palamos and we will walk along its promenade in front of the sea. After enjoying these incredible views, we will go inside the area, in the protected area of Las Gavarres, our mountainous area, and from here we will go to our selected restaurant. After our magnificent lunch we will return to the starting point taking a leisurely walk, adapting the route to the demands of the group.

Mooma is located in the heart of the Empordà, on the outskirts of Palau-sator. It is a farmhouse surrounded by apple trees with both indoor and outdoor space. The menu offers a variety of options:
salads, tapas, grilled meats… there are dishes for all tastes!
It also has options suitable for vegetarians and vegans, as well as celiac or intolerant people. But not only is it a restaurant, but you can also go for a quiet cider or, in the summer season, a cocktail in its Garden.
